Quality checks:

Our quality control department undertakes testing and monitoring of quality at various stages such as Raw Material Control, Sand Control, Pre-melt Control and Pouring Control with an ongoing commitment to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency and process technology with a view to be the best in the industry. Our line personnel monitors key indicators throughout each production process and ensure dimensional accuracy Samples are periodically drawn for making and dimensional checkup.

ISO Certification:

Shivaani is fully ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company. An ISO Certification is of special importance to our customers. It identifies a company as a reliable supplier and manufacturer i.e., committed to constantly improving quality.

Quality Assurance :

The Quality Assurance Department helps the owners of processes prepare, administrate, and control the instructions for performing the processes. At Shivaani Alloys, we have complete in-plant quality control and an inspection department to maintain our high standards of precision and accuracy of forgings. High level of world-class quality systems ensure total control on quality of products supplied. The Quality Assurance Department helps in coordinating the activities that led to third party inspection and registration of the Shivaani Alloys Steel Casting LTD., to ISO 9001:2000 Certification.

The Department has been assigned with the responsibility and authority from management to help administer and maintain a Quality Management System of the thousands of part number specific instructions used in processes such as molding, core making, pouring, heat treatment, machining, and inspection of Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic particle, Die Penetration and Microscopic Testing along with Universal Testing arrangement at our associate premises. Other Chemical and Physical Tests are carried out in house that meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements.
